Together the VAL YOU team have over 30 years experience of event management.  We run and support regular large scale events and conferences in Leeds and have substantial experience of supporting smaller, more targeted workshops.

Our service

VAL can help take the stress and strain out of organising your event, leaving you free to concentrate on the content. We can:​

• Research, liaise and book a suitable venue within your budget constraints.

• Help publicise your event.

• Handle bookings and enquiries.

• Produce, signing in sheets, delegates lists and packs.

• Create name badges.

• Support you on event day and provide a registration desk if needed.

• Offer support after the event with follow ups and evaluations.

• You can even use our on site meeting and event rooms.
