Our process
The standard payroll process is:
✅You advise us of new starters, leavers and other changes in the month.
✅We run Payroll for the month and advise you of how much needs to be paid.
✅You pay us.
✅We pay employees, HMRC and pension providers, etc.
What do we provide?

Calculation of net pay - including amendments in salary rates, overtime and additional payments.

All statutory payments - Student Loan calculations, salary sacrifice/ childcare vouchers and completion of relevant forms.

Deductions - we administer the deductions of pensions and unions, as well as tax and NI

Auto Enrolment - covering all aspects of AE with your chosen pension provider.

Transfer of salary payment - direct to the employee's bank account

Monthly Reports - you will be provided with payslips and detailed cost reports.

Leavers will be processed as required and P45s issued.

RTI (Real Time Information) will be submitted monthly to HMRC.

Year end - all calculations will be made and submitted online to HMRC. P60s issued.
