About us

VAL YOU Payroll offer a comprehensive payroll solution – we calculate your payroll based on your instructions and then you make one monthly payment to us and we pay all of your employees, HMRC and pension providers on your behalf.

We will manage RTI tax responsibilities for you as well as dealing with year- end tax reporting. Our service also includes a solution to your Auto Enrolment responsibilities.

Our process

The standard payroll process is:

You advise us of new starters, leavers and other changes in the month.

We run Payroll for the month and advise you of how much needs to be paid.

You pay us.

We pay employees and subsequently HMRC, pension providers etc.

What do we provide?

  • Calculation of net pay - including amendments in salary rates, overtime and additional payments.

  • All statutory payments - Student Loan calculations, salary sacrifice/ childcare vouchers and completion of relevant forms.

  • Deductions - we administer the deductions of pensions and unions, as well as tax and NI

  • Auto Enrolment - covering all aspects of AE with your chosen pension provider.

  • Transfer of salary payment - direct to the employees bank account

  • Monthly Reports - you will be provided with payslips and detailed cost reports.

  • Leavers will be processed as required and P45s issued.

  • RTI (Real Time Information) will be submitted monthly to HMRC.

  • Year end - all calculations will be made and submitted online to HMRC. P60s issued.

  • Invoices and statements - we provide a monthly invoice and statement, so payments can be reconciled.

  • Forms - you will be provided with easy to use forms to advise us of any changes.
