We have three different recruitment packages available to meet your specific needs, whether you just need some help getting started or want to trust someone with the whole process we have a package that suits you.

Package 1

Our comprehensive service includes:

• Support with compiling the job application and personal specification, if required.

• Advertising your role on Doing Good Leeds.

• Dedicated social media promotion from both VAL YOU and Voluntary Action Leeds.

• Fielding and acknowledging applications.

• Dealing with enquiries from candidates.

• Providing shortlisting paperwork for your panel.

• Inviting candidates selected for interview.

• Informing unsuccessful candidates and giving feedback, as appropriate.

• Writing the offer letter to the successful candidate.

• Use of meeting rooms at Stringer House for interviews and shortlisting if required, however due to current restrictions it may be preferred to conduct these virtually.
