We’re excited to introduce Lucy, our new Receptionist and the welcoming face of VAL!

If you’ve visited our space recently, you’ve likely already been greeted by her warm smile and friendly energy. Lucy brings a perfect blend of professionalism, approachability, and natural warmth to our reception desk — and we couldn’t be happier to have her on the team.

👋 The Heart of Our Welcome Experience

As the first person clients and visitors meet when they walk through our doors, Lucy plays a key role in shaping the VAL experience. She ensures everyone feels comfortable and supported from the start and creates a warm community hub for charities and voluntary groups.

🗂️ VAL Virtual Office Admin Extraordinaire

Lucy also manages the VAL Virtual Office admin service, making sure everything runs smoothly for our remote and on‑site clients, including:

• ✅ Welcoming and onboarding new clients

• ✅ Handling and forwarding mail

• ✅ Scanning documentation

• ✅ Arranging mail collection

• ✅ Ensuring every detail is organised and taken care of
