I work with organisations of different sizes and cultures assisting them in becoming stronger and more resilient. This may be through improving efficiencies, changing their structure or identifying new markets and opportunities to enable them to grow and increase their reach.
For some organisations the first step may be ensuring that they survive and stabilise while making sure that they retain their core values and social objectives.
With other organisations I assist with strategic planning and development helping organisations become more commercial and competitive in an ever changing market, to achieve sustainability and growth.
I also work with boards and senior management teams assisting them in creating a senior team structure that improves the efficiency of what they do and ultimately increases their value to the organisation
